Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes. To place a curbside pickup order, choose the Curbside Pickup Option at checkout.
Please use the address below when you fill in the shipping/delivery details.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver flowers in the city of Tacoma, Washington. Please see our delivery zone.

Will you ship flowers outside your delivery zone?
If the recipient’s delivery address is outside our delivery zone, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How fast will my delivery arrive?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. ‘The Flora’ is the only bouquet that’s available for same-day delivery. All other bouquets may require a one or two-day lead time, depending on the season. Preorder your bouquet in advance if you have any specific flower requests.

Special Delivery

Please add a special delivery fee fee for timed deliveries - rush deliveries on a regular day, deliveries to St Joseph's Hospital, a Sunday delivery, deliveries on a flower holiday like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. When in doubt, please call 206-890-2318.

What are you doing to protect your customers and workers from COVID-19?
We follow cleaning and safety standards recommended by the CDC. All flower deliveries are no-contact. Your bouquet will be left at the front porch or building lobby, and we’ll email you when it has arrived. Please let us know if you have special delivery instructions.

Will my bouquet look exactly as pictured?
Some flowers and colors may vary depending on seasonal availability. But the overall look and feel, color palette, and quality will be the same. We’ll let you know if any major substitutions are necessary.

Do you deliver to hospitals?
Absolutely. Bouquets are delivered to the hospital’s front desk. When you order, please note the hospital name, patient name, and room number. Please also include your phone number in case we need to reach you.

We deliver flowers for free to:
Tacoma General Hospital
Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital

Please add a special delivery fee of $5 for St. Joseph's Hospital. Our drivers have to take the flowers up to the patient’s room.

Do you deliver to funeral homes?
Yes. If you need a flower delivery on a specific day and time, please place your order several days in advance so we can accommodate your request.

If you have particular flowers or colors in mind, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Returns and Refunds
Due to the shortages across the floral industry, product and vases are limited. Your arrangement will be designed as similar as possible to match the look and feel of your chosen bouquet and vase.

All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions. If your order needs to be cancelled or postponed, we are happy to offer you credit for a future purchase.
